Rob Sanders has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Rob started their career at ICAP as a Financial Planning & Analysis Intern, where they contributed to the development of ICAP's Swap Execution Facility (SEF) product and built excel and VBA models for accurate pricing and strategy development. Rob then joined Manhattan Associates as a Consultant, leading supply chain software implementation projects for clients in different industries.

Rob later moved to Rent The Runway, where they held multiple positions including Associate Product Manager, Product Manager, and Senior Product Manager. In these roles, they managed a team focused on scaling and improving Rent The Runway's supply chain, challenged legacy business rules, implemented new inventory management systems, and developed an in-house android application.

After Rent The Runway, Rob joined Orchard as a Senior Product Manager and later as the Lead Product Manager. Rob was responsible for leading product management initiatives and played a key role in product development and management.

Currently, Rob is working as a Product Lead at Foyer, where they are leading product-related efforts in the company.

Rob Sanders received their Bachelor's Degree in Investment Finance and Global Supply Chain Operations Management from the University of South Carolina, where they attended from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Mahopac High School from 2007 to 2011. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.
