In addition to this role, Erica has contributed as a Freelance Designer for major brands such as The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., L'Oréal, and Revlon. Noteworthy projects include designing campaign assets, managing online needs, and creating various digital materials across multiple platforms. Erica's extensive experience includes significant positions with Avon, where responsibilities ranged from design management to web asset creation. A graduate of Parsons School of Design, Erica holds a BFA in Communication Design.
