Benjamin Bodnar has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2003 as a Research Assistant for the Department of Cardiology at Columbia University. In 2004, they continued in the same role at the same institution. In 2006, they moved to Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP as a Litigation Legal Assistant. In 2009, they became a Judicial Intern at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, where they researched and drafted opinions in civil and criminal matters on behalf of the Hon. Julio M. Fuentes and clerks. In 2010 and 2011, they were a Legal Intern at the State of New Jersey, Office of the Public Defender, Appellate Section. In 2014, they began work at FoxKiser as Special Counsel, and in 2021 they began work at Tanenholz & Associates, PLLC as an Attorney.
Benjamin Bodnar began their educational journey at Interlochen Arts Academy, where they obtained their High School diploma in 2002. Benjamin then attended Columbia University, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Music in 2006. After that, they attended the University of Michigan Law School, where they obtained their Juris Doctor (J.D.) in Law in 2011. Finally, they attended The George Washington University Law School, where they obtained their Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property Law in 2013. In addition, they obtained Bar Admissions in New York and New Jersey.
