Gaya A has held various roles in the field of Human Resources, Technology, and Entrepreneurship. They started their career as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at Rgand in 2016. In 2018, Gaya A founded GlobalData Techs and served as CEO until 2021. Later, in 2021, they founded Smart Launch and HYPE Generation, taking on the roles of CEO and Chief Technology Officer, respectively. In 2022, Gaya A joined FOXi Technologies Inc. as the CHRO.

Gaya A completed a Master's degree in International Economic Relations from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University from 2009 to 2014.
