Randy Erb is an experienced real estate professional with a strong background in entrepreneurship and franchise development. Currently serving as a REALTOR, SRES, and ABR at Realty Executives in The Villages since January 2021, Randy also holds positions as a licensed realtor at Foxfire Realty and REMAX Premier Realty since 2017 and 2015, respectively, earning the Multi-Million Dollar Producer Award in the first year in the business. Prior to a successful real estate career, Randy owned and built Custom Fundraising Solutions in Ft Wayne from June 2010 to February 2015. Previously, Randy worked with PRESSED4TIME from 1994 to 2010, holding roles in franchise development and as a franchisee, where significant experience was gained in sales and marketing. Randy holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Teacher Education from Youngstown State University, obtained between 1971 and 1976.
