Irena Tomková is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background spanning various roles and industries. Currently serving as HR Business Partnering Lead at Foxconn Czech Republic since April 2022, Irena specializes in employee relations, leadership development, change management, and HR analytics. Prior to this role, Irena worked as HR Business Partner at JUSDA Europe and held the position of HR Generalist where responsibilities included recruitment strategy, process implementation, and internal communication initiatives. Irena's previous experience also includes serving as Deputy Head of HR Department at Profi Credit Czech a.s., alongside roles in media consultancy and customer service. Irena holds a Bachelor's degree in Educational Sciences with a specialization in textile creation from the University of Hradec Králové.
