Frederick Marion Jr. is an experienced operations and human resources professional, currently serving as the Operations Manager at Fox Corporation since June 2018. Prior to this role, Frederick held significant positions within the US Army, including Regional Director of Recruiting and Human Resources, where responsibilities encompassed training, marketing, and overseeing recruiting operations in San Fernando, CA. As a Human Resource Recruiting Instructor/Developer at the US Army Recruiting and Retention College, Frederick supervised and trained over 3,600 students annually while developing and implementing comprehensive training programs. Additionally, Frederick served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, acting as a liaison between various departments.
