Jesse Kinsland has been working in the field of human resources and risk management for several years, holding various positions such as Director of Human Resources and Risk Management at Fox Valley Park District, Risk Manager at Eppley Institute for Parks and Public Lands and Park District Risk Management Agency (PDRMA), and Risk Manager at both Fox Valley Park District and Champaign Park District. Jesse holds a Master's degree from Western Illinois University and a Bachelor's degree from Central Methodist University.
