Crystalyn Chapman has extensive experience in customer service and sales across various industries. Currently a Rental Agent at Fox Rent-A-Car since July 2015, Crystalyn manages data entry, processes rental car reservations, and handles customer service in a fast-paced environment. Previously, Crystalyn worked as a Field Underwriter at American Income Life Insurance Company in early 2015, focusing on life insurance sales and field underwriting. Prior experience includes serving as a Front Desk Associate and Night Auditor at Knights Inn Motel from December 2013 to January 2015, where responsibilities included guest reservations and night auditing. Crystalyn is a licensed insurance agent in health and life in Oklahoma and studied Business Administration and Management at Career Point College from 2006 to 2007.
