Shaylee Sparks possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Fox Pest Control since October 2021, after previously holding the role of Human Resources Coordinator. Prior to this, Shaylee worked as a Customer Service Representative at Quality 1st Insurance Agency from April 2019 to October 2021, and as a Teller at Beehive Federal Credit Union from 2018 to 2019. Shaylee holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services, both from Western Governors University.
