Mujadil Mir has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Mujadil started their career as a Financial Planner at Bajaj Capital Ltd in 2012. In 2013, they worked as an Accounts Payable Analyst at Integreon and later as a Financial Services Officer at Royal Bank of Scotland. In 2014, they joined NTT DATA Americas as a Specialist in Accounts Receivable. In 2015, they worked as a Financial Accountant for a brief period before becoming the Chief Accountant at Fourwinds KSA. Mujadil then became the Director of Finance and Accounting at the same company in 2019. In the same year, they joined Constantine KSA as the Director of Finance. Prior to their career in finance, they also worked as a Research Associate at the University Grants Commission, where they were involved in a research project. Overall, Mujadil Mir has gained extensive experience in financial management, accounting, and decision support throughout their career.

Mujadil Mir completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance and IT from Jamia Hamdard, from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Management (B.B.M) with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Bangalore University, from 2008 to 2011. Their earlier educational background includes completing +2 in Science from Govt. H/S School Achabal Anantnag Kashmir in 2007. Additionally, they obtained the OHSAS 18001 Lead Auditor - Health & Safety Certification from Bureau Veritas Group in 2017.
