Maria Szmaj is an experienced professional in the IT industry, currently serving as Founder and Owner of Strefa IT Kandydata since July 2024. With a strong background in IT product management, product leadership, product strategy, and product team building, Maria has been involved in 12 projects over nine years, working with both international companies and clients as an Independent Consultant. Maria also has experience in the e-commerce sector, notably with Żappka (Żabka Polska). Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Psychology from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu and postgraduate studies in Business and Strategy Planning from Poznan University of Economics and Business.
