Michael Lancaster possesses extensive experience in outside marketing management, specializing in lead generation for home improvement sales. Currently serving as the Outside Marketing Manager at Four Seasons Sunrooms and Windows since September 2015, Michael has successfully built canvass crews and trained marketers to generate leads through various channels, including home shows and events. Prior to this role, Michael was the Canvass Manager at Amazing Siding & Windows, where a canvass program was established through effective recruitment and training. Michael's earlier experience at Alenco Inc involved building and managing canvass teams that conducted face-to-face marketing in neighborhoods surrounding job sites. Michael holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Occupational Therapy from Metropolitan Community College-Penn Valley and has completed prerequisites for the Occupational Therapist Assistant program at Bonozon Healthcare Pvt Ltd.
