Rohit Menon has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Rohit started their career as a Management Intern at FIAT INDIA AUTOMOBILES LTD in 2014. Rohit then worked as an Assistant Manager at SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd. from 2015 to 2016. In 2012, they became a Design Consultant at Singularity Labs / Identify Oral Care, where they stayed until 2015. In 2018, they joined Bajaj Electricals Ltd as a Design Strategy Intern. Rohit'smost recent position is as a Senior User Experience Designer at FourKites, Inc., where they started in May 2021. Prior to that, they were a User Experience Designer at the same company from 2019 to April 2021.

Rohit Menon's education history includes a Master of Design (M. Des) degree in Strategic Design Management, which they obtained from the National Institute of Design between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Operations Management and International Business from Symbiosis International University from 2013 to 2015.

Rohit Menon's academic journey commenced with a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology, where they studied from 2008 to 2012.

Additionally, Rohit Menon has also acquired several certifications to supplement their education. Rohit obtained certifications in "FROM IDEAS TO ACTION," "Foundations in Design Thinking," and "INSIGHTS FOR INNOVATION" from IDEO U in November and December of 2021.
