Joe Frederick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both the pharmaceutical industry and military operations. Currently serving as a Business Account Executive at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals and a Veteran Career Readiness Instructor at FourBlock, Joe plays a pivotal role in guiding veterans in their career transitions. Previous experience includes positions such as Territory Sales Manager for Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, where Joe earned recognition as the Chicago District Rep of the 3rd Quarter in 2023, and co-chaired the Janssen NA Veterans Leadership Council. Joe's military background spans over two decades, including significant roles such as Naval Flight Officer and Deputy Director at the U.S. Naval War College.
