Jayson Feeney is an experienced training and leadership professional currently serving as Supervisor of Field Training at Blattner Company since March 2019, where Jayson leads a diverse team to enhance continuous improvement and effective learning experiences aligned with organizational objectives. Previously, Jayson served in the US Marine Corps from September 2003 to December 2018, achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant and overseeing over 100 maintenance technicians while ensuring equipment operational readiness above 90 percent. Jayson also has experience training and mentoring military and civilian personnel in instructional techniques. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Ashford University and various professional certifications in safety, mechanics, logistics, and training.
