Gerald Reynolds currently serves as General Counsel at Four Rivers Nuclear Partnership, LLC since July 2022. Prior to this role, Gerald Reynolds was the Chief Counsel at the Federal Railroad Administration from April 2020 to January 2021, providing legal advice on a range of freight and passenger rail matters. From February 2012 to September 2017, Gerald Reynolds held the positions of General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Louisville Gas & Electric and Kentucky Utilities, LLC, managing not only the law department but also overseeing compliance with environmental and federal regulations. Additionally, Gerald Reynolds served as Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary for the Eastern Division of American Water Works Company, Inc. from July 2010 to February 2012, where responsibilities included managing legal functions and regulatory matters across nine states. Gerald Reynolds earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. in American History from the City University of New York at York College.
