Gerald Reynolds currently serves as General Counsel at Four Rivers Nuclear Partnership, LLC since July 2022. Prior to this role, Gerald Reynolds was the Chief Counsel at the Federal Railroad Administration from April 2020 to January 2021, providing legal advice on a range of freight and passenger rail matters. Gerald Reynolds earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. in American History from the City University of New York at York College.
