Rita Papadakis is an experienced Executive Assistant with a strong background in supporting founders in the tech industry and diplomacy. Currently serving as Executive Assistant to the Founder at Fountech Group since July 2021, Rita plays a key role in facilitating high-impact AI innovations and collaborations with visionary entrepreneurs. Prior to this, Rita held the same position at Soffos.ai, contributing to the development of low-code solutions for advanced natural language processing applications from July 2021 to April 2023. Rita's extensive experience also includes serving as an Executive Assistant at the Embassy of Ireland in Nicosia from August 2002 to February 2020 and at the Embassy of Israel in Cyprus from July 1989 to December 1996.
