Anastasia Lazovsky has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Anastasia began their career at Just5 Simple Features in 2012, where they served as an executive assistant and customer support specialist until 2014. Anastasia then joined ENGINEERING GROUP ASSOCIATES PC as an executive administrative assistant from 2014 to 2016. Anastasia then moved to Ai Assist in 2016, where they assumed the role of Head of Customer Success Management. In this position, they supervised and supported a team of three people and managed the needs of 50 client accounts. Anastasia played a vital role in driving the adoption of A.I. Assist in customer organizations, providing technical assistance, trainings, demos, and customization assistance. Anastasia also developed strong relationships with users and customer sponsors at the VP level. Additionally, they contributed to content creation for marketing campaigns, analysis and strategy selection for customers, and Salesforce administration. Anastasia recently joined Fountain in 2021 as a Customer Success Manager.
Anastasia Lazovsky obtained a Master's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Conversational Marketing from Drift in April 2021, Writing Mastery - Creating Fiction from Udemy in April 2020, Anastasia Lazouskaya from HubSpot in July 2019, and Content Marketing from HubSpot in August 2019.
