Ana Scruggs has extensive experience in business analysis and systems administration, currently serving as a Business Analyst and Application Administrator at Fountain Tire since September 2007. Responsibilities include managing the Dynamics AX environment, deploying code, and overseeing user access and security. Additionally, Ana has a strong background in SQL Server databases, report generation, and user acceptance testing. Prior roles include Systems Analyst II and Data Assistant at Occupational Performance Analysis Unit, where database management and reporting were key duties, as well as various positions at Logican Technologies Inc. focusing on database and document control. Ana holds a Computer Systems Technology Diploma from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, obtained in 1994.
