Susan Gamez is an experienced educator with a strong background in technology and language arts instruction. Currently serving as a Technology Teacher at Fountain Fort Carson School District 8 since August 2012, Susan Gamez has developed and implemented technology curricula for 250 students annually across multiple classes, aligning with ISTE Nets and Common Core standards to prepare students for the workforce. Previously, as a Language Arts Teacher within the same district from August 2008 to August 2011, Susan Gamez facilitated standards-based lesson plans for approximately 125 sixth-grade students while collaborating with other educators to enhance student achievement. Prior experience includes teaching Health during a summer program for the Upward Bound initiative at Colorado State University-Pueblo from August 2006 to August 2008. Educational qualifications include a Master's of Education in Instructional Technology and a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Colorado State University Pueblo and the University of Phoenix, respectively, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from Colorado State University Pueblo.
