Olika Erashonok is an experienced educator and professional with a diverse background spanning multiple roles in special education, language instruction, public relations, and legal affairs. Currently serving as a Special Education Teacher at Douglas County School District since November 2021 and as a Special Education Transition Teacher at Fountain-Fort Carson School District 8 since 2020, Olika also holds the title of SPED English Teacher at Griffith Center since August 2017. Additionally, Olika has contributed to American Air & Heat as a PR Manager and served as an EEO Officer at Infrastructure Consulting and Engineering, LLC since 2012. Earlier experience includes teaching American Christian Literature at Cathedral College and working as a translator in the intellectual property field at Patent Bureau Elena N. Beliaeva. Olika's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Foreign Languages from Minsk State Linguistic University and associate degrees in Paralegal and Law from Valencia College.
