Emilie Bastrup currently serves as a GTM Adviser at SOLET SOLUTIONS LIMITED and is the Director of Strategic Projects (Europe) at FOUNT Global, Inc., where key focus areas include enhancing employee experience (EX), reducing attrition, and improving organizational productivity through friction management insights. Previously, Emilie held various senior roles at TI People and CEB (now Gartner), where responsibilities included driving successful outcomes for HR executives and managing key client relationships across Europe and South Africa. Earlier experience includes positions at ICIS, StatPro Group PLC, AVIS Europe, and Q'STRAINT, complemented by advanced education in Economics and Finance from the University of Warwick and the University of Kent.
