Nadine Gayle is an experienced People Manager with a robust background in Human Resources, currently employed at Foundry since March 2020. Prior roles include serving as People Business Partner at Havas Media Group and HR Business Partner at Channel 5. Nadine has completed the Level 7 Advanced CIPD qualification, covering various modules such as Employment Law and Talent Management, and is certified in Mental Health First Aid Training. Previous experience also includes roles at ITN as HR Assistant, where responsibilities encompassed supporting ITV News and managing apprenticeship programs, and recruitment consulting at Huntress Group and Robson Taylor. Nadine holds a joint honours degree in Philosophy with The History and Philosophy of Science from the University of Leeds.
