Ken Greiner has worked in the software engineering industry since 1998. Ken began their career as a Software Engineer and Development Manager at One Communications, where they led the development of an enterprise-wide Trouble Ticketing and CRM solution. In 2008, they moved to PAETEC Holdings/Windstream Communications, where they worked with a team of developers to automate the activation of voice and data services. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Software Engineer IV at Juniper Networks. In 2015, they worked as a Full Stack Software Engineer at Walt Disney World and as a Senior Software Engineer at ThingWorx, a PTC Business. In 2019, they worked as a Software Engineer IV at Paychex and as a Sr. Solutions Engineer at Appvance.ai. In 2020, they founded SphinxLogic, where they created an alternative password manager with two more hidden functions. Currently, they are a Software Engineer at Foundry, a Digital Currency Group Company.
Ken Greiner has a diverse educational background. Ken began their studies in 1986 at the State University of New York College at Potsdam, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer and Information Science, Mathematics, and Psychology in 1990. Ken then attended Syracuse University in 1991 to pursue Instructional Design, Development and Evaluation, and returned to the State University of New York College at Potsdam in the same year to pursue a Master of Science degree in Education and Instructional Technology, which they completed in 1992. In 2007, they completed core MBA coursework at the University of Rochester.
