Tord Olav Dønnum has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Ramp Agent at Menzies Aviation in 2019. In the same year, they founded Tor Sport SB and served as its CEO, developing and bringing ski goggles to market that offer unique solutions. Tord Olav won BI Startup Aid in 2020 and Pitching Circuit Championship in 2021. In 2020, they also worked as a Sales Consultant at Telenor, where they assisted one of the weakest stores to become one of the most profitable. In 2021, they served as a Student Mentor at Handelshøyskolen BI, responsible for following up with new students and helping them establish new and efficient study techniques. Tord Olav also worked as a Marketing Manager at Quadim AS, assisting in making a go-to market strategy and testing advertising solutions. Finally, in 2022 they worked as a Project Manager and Venture Analyst at Foundersuite.com, initiating, planning, implementing, and controlling marketing projects, as well as managing ads on social media to generate an increase in sales.

Tord Olav Dønnum is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of California, Berkeley. Tord Olav is also taking a Continuing Studies course in Business Presence and Persuasion: Communication for Effectiveness from Stanford University, and an Executive Master Program in Norwegian School of Entrepreneurship from the University of Oslo (UiO). Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship from BI Norwegian Business School from 2019 to 2022. Tord Olav has also obtained certifications from Innovasjon Norge, Menzies Aviation, NÂÜÀòÂÒÂ×ES SVØMMEFORBUND and NÂÜÀòÂÒÂ×ES SVØMMEFORBUND, respectively.
