Alyson Stemas currently serves as the CHRO & CFO at Founders Circle Capital since March 2023, also contributing as a Circle Community Leader. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Community Program Manager at Remote, which was impacted by a 2022 layoff. Alyson has held multiple positions at Venture For America from April 2020 to February 2022, including Vice President of Programs and Director of Programs. Additional roles include Education Program Manager at Shipt, Instructional Designer at STERIS Corporation, and various positions at STERIS Instrument Management Services, including Associate Instructional Designer and Human Resources Coordinator. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Communication Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Western Michigan University.
