Christopher Lipscomb currently serves as the SVP and Northern Virginia Market Leader at Founders Bank, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Christopher worked at John Marshall Bank as Senior Vice President and Regional Executive for twelve years. Additionally, leadership roles included serving as President and Vice President of the Potomac Chapter for the Risk Management Association from 2011 to 2013. Previous experience includes positions at MainStreet Bank, Mercantile Potomac Bank, and James Monroe Bank, where Christopher held various roles from Assistant Vice President to Branch Officer. Christopher's educational background includes studies at East Carolina University, the American Institute of Banking, and Northern Virginia Community College.
