Olivia Martin is a Local Development Adviser at Foundations – What Works Centre for Children & Families since December 2022, previously holding a similar position at the Early Intervention Foundation from August to December 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Training and Development Lead and Information Analyst at Solace Women's Aid from April 2018 to August 2022, and Independent Domestic Violence Advocate at THE NIA PROJECT from April 2018 to June 2019. Olivia also worked as a Project Worker with Cooperación Internacional ONG in late 2017, a Mother and Baby Support Worker at IMPACT Initiatives from September 2015 to January 2017, and an Administrator at Brighton Women's Centre from July 2013 to September 2014. Olivia holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Social Research Methods from Birkbeck, University of London, and both a Master's degree in Human Rights and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Sussex.
