Eileen Kozlovsky is an experienced counselor currently serving at Foundations Health & Wholeness since February 2017. Prior to this role, Eileen was the owner of Insight Counseling, LLC from September 2015 to August 2022. Eileen holds a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Lakeland University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
