Phillip Birtcher is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently, Phillip serves as a Senior Software Engineer II at Foundation since June 2022. Prior roles include Staff Engineer at Away from February 2019 to January 2022, and Co-Founder of CryptoCare.tech, an Ethereum-powered social impact platform, from May 2018 to July 2021. Additional experience includes serving as Principal Software Engineer at Bonobos from April 2014 to March 2018, Co-Founder of HireBrite from September 2012 to August 2014, and Software Engineer at Groupon from November 2010 to September 2012. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin and completed the Online Developer Program in Ethereum at Consensys Academy in 2018.
