Molly Mazzaferro currently serves as Chief of Staff for BioPharma at Foundation Medicine, a position held since October 2021. Additionally, Molly is an Alumni Association Representative at Lafayette College, promoting the institution at local college fairs and evaluating prospective students. Previously, Molly spent over eleven years at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, where roles included Senior Director of Innovation, Director of Innovation, Principal Consultant, and Senior Consultant. During this time, Molly led cross-functional initiatives to foster innovation, improve health outcomes, and enhance operational effectiveness. Earlier experience also includes positions at Babson College as a Graduate Assistant and various consulting roles, along with a Master of Business Administration obtained from Babson College and a Bachelor of Arts in English and History from Lafayette College.
