Eric Cray is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both the food service and technology sectors. As the owner of Great Harvest Bread Co in Fairbanks, Alaska since June 2011, Eric has been dedicated to providing fresh baked goods to the local community. Additionally, since January 2007, Eric has operated CI Consultants, L.L.C., offering custom software solutions and technical assistance for healthcare facilities. Since December 2001, Eric has served as the PACS Administrator for Foundation Health Partners, overseeing the management of medical imaging systems. Eric holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, both from the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
