Jessica Adger

Project Specialist, Communications at FOUNDATION FOR CALIFORNIA COMMUNITY COLLEGES

Jessica Adger has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2021, they joined the Foundation for California Community Colleges, where they worked as a Call Center Supervisor from March 2021 to February 2022. Jessica then served as a Training Supervisor from February 2022 to June 2022, followed by a role as a CICC Manager from June 2022 to June 2023. In these positions, Jessica played a key role in the establishment and operation of the CalWORKs Call Center. Jessica also handled project coordination, strategy implementation, and outreach campaign planning for the California Department of Social Service. Additionally, at the Foundation, they supported a team of 50 employees and utilized various technologies for project management and communication purposes. Jessica's responsibilities also included fostering relationships with internal and external business partners and representing the Foundation at state agency meetings.

Prior to their work at the Foundation, Jessica worked at Raging Waters from March 2015 to March 2020 as an Admissions Supervisor. In 2019, they briefly worked as an Event Assistant at Downtown Sacramento Partnership from November to December. Overall, Jessica's work experience demonstrates their ability to take on diverse roles, manage teams, and handle project coordination in various industries.

In 2018, Jessica Adger began pursuing their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies at California State University-Sacramento. Jessica completed their studies in 2020.
