Serenity Coats, AFC®, NCC, currently serves as a Network Facilitator for the National Center for Rural Education Research Networks at the Center for Education Policy Research at Harvard University since September 2022. Additionally, Serenity Coats has been a Financial Coach at Foundation Communities since July 2022 and briefly held the position of NAEP Assessment Administrator at Westat from December 2023 to March 2024. Serenity Coats holds a Master of Science in School Counseling from Capella University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management/Logistics from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
