Bruno Nascimento has extensive culinary experience, currently serving as a Sous Chef at Fota Island Resort since July 2019, with previous positions as Chef De Partie and Commis Chef. Prior to Fota Island Resort, Bruno worked as kitchen staff at Jacobs on the Mall from June 2018 to June 2019 and as floor staff at The Castle Cafe from May 2018 to July 2018. Bruno also has a background in hospitality, having been an Agent Orange Cap at GOL Linhas Aéreas from January 2010 to December 2016. Educational qualifications include a Diploma of Education in Cooking and Related Culinary Arts from CETB, a QQI Level 5 in Professional Cookery from Cork College of FET, a Diploma in English Language from Cork English Academy, and a Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety from Funcefet in Brazil.
