Kevin J. Ortiz, MPA, currently serves as a Management Analyst and Management Coordinator for the City of Foster City since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Public Works Administrative Assistant and Management Fellow for the City of Belmont CA, and as a Management Aide in the City Manager's Office for the City of Torrance. Kevin has a history of facilitating agenda preparation, conducting research, and managing citywide projects. Before these positions, Kevin interned in the Library Services Department and held various roles in the City of Burbank, including mentoring youth in a job program. Kevin holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from USC Sol Price School of Public Policy and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and History from Woodbury University.
