Sarah Dunn has over 15 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR generalist support, talent management, learning and development, payroll, recruitment, HR business partnerships, operations, health and safety, and facilities. Sarah started their career in 2005 at Blacks Outdoor Retail Limited, where they held various HR roles, including Central HR Manager and HR Advisor. In 2013, they joined Fossil Group, Inc. as an HR Manager and later served as Head of HR and HR Director for the UK and Europe North. At Fossil, Sarah led a team and provided generalist support in various HR areas.
Sarah Dunn attended De Montfort University from 2007 to 2009, where they earned a merit in CIPD.
