Sarah Dunn has over 15 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR generalist support, talent management, learning and development, payroll, recruitment, HR business partnerships, operations, health and safety, and facilities. Sarah started their career in 2005 at Blacks Outdoor Retail Limited, where they held various HR roles, including Central HR Manager and HR Advisor. In 2013, they joined Fossil Group, Inc. as an HR Manager and later served as Head of HR and HR Director for the UK and Europe North. At Fossil, Sarah led a team and provided generalist support in various HR areas.

Sarah Dunn attended De Montfort University from 2007 to 2009, where they earned a merit in CIPD. Prior to that, they studied at the University of Northampton from 2000 to 2004, obtaining a BA 2:1 in Human Resource Management. In addition to their academic qualifications, Sarah has obtained various certifications including "Digital U: Data Driven Decisions" and "Digital U: Growth Mindset" from Fossil Group, Inc. in 2022, "Living Leader" from The Living Leader in 2018, "Certificate in Leadership & Development Level 3" from ILM in 2014, and "Certificate in Personnel and Development (CIPD)" from CIPD in 2007. Sarah also holds certifications such as "NLP Certified Business Practitioner" from NLP & Coaching Institute and "Thomas International PPA Practitioner Certificate" from Thomas International, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not available.
