Dara Haftgoli Bakhtiari has extensive experience in various roles within the scientific and technical product management field. Dara started as an intern at Trimos SA in 2012, then held positions at EPFL, ETML, and UC Berkeley. Dara later worked at Zoetis Denmark and Zoetis Inc., where they were involved in product development and project management. Dara currently serves as the Technical Product Management Director at FOSS, demonstrating a strong background in managing product development and launches.

Dara Haftgoli Bakhtiari obtained a Bachelor's degree in Micro engineering from EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) in 2013. Dara then pursued a Master's degree in Production technique with a Minor in Management of technology from the same institution until 2013. In 2013, they completed a Master project in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley. Their education journey continued with a Scrum master certification from ScrumAlliance in 2019, followed by a Product management program at TACK International Denmark in 2021. In 2022, Dara earned a Lean green belt from Lean Akademiet and then completed an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management at Copenhagen Business School from 2023 to 2025.
