Nahom Tafese is a Help Desk Technician at Meta since September 2022, providing support for both desktop and mobile devices, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining user accounts in Active Directory. In addition to this role, Nahom has served as a Certified Nursing Assistant at FOSS Home and Village since July 2019, where responsibilities include providing patient care, managing medication, and training new staff. Education has been pursued at Seattle Central College and Year Up United, focusing on Information Technology from April 2022 to April 2023.
