Hector Arroyo is a Chemical Industrial Engineer with 20 years of experience in various roles including Operations Manager and Plant Manager at Forza Global Solutions. Hector has expertise in chemical industries, supply chain management, and logistics, with a strong background in distillation towers, injection molding plastics, paints, automotive heat treatments, tissue paper, graphics, textiles, nonwovens, and food safety standards such as HACCP, FSSC-22000, and ISO certifications. Currently serving as Plant Manager for solvents and maintenance at ALTECSA, Hector has successfully launched a plant for extracting oleoresins and trained staff in operating complex equipment.
