Otto Honkanen has a diverse work experience. Otto started working at Forward Forever in 2021 as a Power Platform Advisor, where they provided advisory services and developed solutions using Power Platform and other Microsoft technologies. In September 2022, they were promoted to Team Lead, responsible for leading a team of 8 talented colleagues. Before that, in 2020, Otto co-founded Jobile, a company where they held the position of Co-Founder. In the same year, they also worked as a UI/UX Advisor at Yrityspäivät, a role that lasted for one month. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Otto worked as a Trainee at Konecranes from 2017 to 2020, gaining valuable experience in the company. Otto started their professional career at Kiinteistöhuolto Reilax Oy in 2013, working in property maintenance until 2016.

Otto Honkanen began their education journey in 2012 at Järvenpään lukio, where they completed their high school education from 2012 to 2015. Afterward, they enrolled at Tampere University in 2016 and completed their Bachelor of Science (Technology) degree in Information and Knowledge Management in 2020. Otto continued their education at Tampere University and pursued a Master of Science (Technology) degree in Knowledge Management and Information Analytics from 2020 to 2023.
