Alex Kirchner has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2013, they worked at Bull'sEye "A Target Marketing Group" as an Inside Sales Marketing Manager, followed by a role as a Field Sales Representative, and then as a Marketing Specialist. In 2019, they joined Avision as the Director of IT / CRM Administrator and later transitioned to the position of Director, Sales Enablement & Technology Solutions. Most recently, in 2023, they became the Director of Sales Enablement and Technology Solutions at Forward Solutions.

Alex Kirchner attended Lebanon Valley College from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on general subjects.
