Kortni Hitt RDH is a co-founder of Cusp Dental App and a dental consultant for start-ups, actively involved in the dental industry since May 2018. Serving as a board member for the Education Advisory Board Dental Hygiene since October 2019, Kortni aids in the development of educational programs for aspiring dental hygienists. As a dental hygienist and consultant since 2016, Kortni specializes in guiding private, corporate, and multi-location practices to build effective teams. Additionally, Kortni holds ambassador roles with IoTech International, Forward Science, and Burst Oral Care, and has experience in business development with BIOLASE, Inc. Previous leadership as VP of Operations at Stonegate Construction and business development management at Discover Dentistry of Sachse further highlights Kortni's extensive background in operations, construction, and dental practice management. Kortni is currently pursuing a degree in Women's Entrepreneurship at Cornell University, complementing a robust educational foundation in dental hygiene and marketing.
