Mark Fentress II began their work experience as a Senior Grounds Keeper at Minnie Monesse Golf Club in March 2014. Mark continued in this role until January 2016 when they transitioned to become a Relationship Manager at Forward Progress, Inc. As a Relationship Manager, Mark focused on customer retention and satisfaction, implementing relationship marketing strategies that extended communication beyond traditional advertising and sales promotional messages. Their role recognized the value of long-term customer relationships, utilizing technology and collaborative platforms to enhance communication channels.

Mark Fentress II attended Lake Central High School from 2005 to 2009. During their time there, they pursued the Core 40 curriculum, which encompassed various fields of study.
