Rick Baldocchi, P.E. is an accomplished engineer and leader with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at AVCON, INC. since November 1988, Rick also contributes to the City of Orlando as a Municipal Planning Board Member and holds a position on the Florida State Executive Committee for the Forward Party. Additionally, Rick has been the Chairman of the Board for Agua Viva Serves, a non-profit organization focused on providing clean water in northern Costa Rica, since January 2009. Previous roles include Past Chairman and Treasurer for the West Orange South Lake Transportation Task Force, Executive Committee Member and President of ACEC-FL, and Commissioner for Orange County Planning & Zoning. Rick's public service experience includes elected positions as City Councilman and Vice Mayor of Maitland, complemented by a solid educational background featuring a Master's in Structural Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.
