Riccardo Pavanato serves as an Adjunct Professor at Università degli Studi di Padova, focusing on Lean and Sustainable Manufacturing within a Master Degree Course in Management for Sustainable Firms. Pavanato has been the Partner and CEO of auxiell since 2006, specializing in consulting for process transformation and performance enhancement in organizations. Additionally, Pavanato co-founded euxilia in 2017, which aids personal and organizational development, achieving significant operational results and recognition as a Best Workplace. In various roles, Pavanato is involved with Edxiting, Confindustria Veneto Est, MATIX, and Forward Factory, contributing to innovative solutions and networks within the manufacturing sector. Pavanato also holds a Master’s degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Università degli Studi di Padova.
