Trisha Boehler is a seasoned talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at FORVIA since September 2023. Prior to this role, Trisha held key positions at Continental, where responsibilities included serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for the US and Canada, as well as Talent Acquisition Manager, from August 2008 to September 2023. Additionally, Trisha gained experience as a Sales Account Executive for HR Systems at MSX International, and as HR Account Manager at ECG. Early career experiences include roles as a Recruiter at Qualigence and Volkswagen, and Campus Recruitment at Walt Disney World. Trisha holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development from Oakland University.
