Rick Boday is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in plant management, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction in the automotive industry. Currently serving as Plant Manager at FORVIA since December 2017, Rick is responsible for general management and P&L oversight. Previous roles include Vice President of Total Customer Satisfaction & Programs and Executive Director of Product Lines & Program Management. In addition to contributions at FORVIA, Rick serves as an Independent Board Member on the ESOP Board of Directors for Lee Industrial Contracting and has held significant positions at Gestamp, BorgWarner Inc., Magna Powertrain, AL-KO Kober Corp, TI Automotive, and Vari-Form. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts from Western University and various certifications in quality assurance.
