Gaetan Nappez is currently serving as the Program Quality Team Leader for North Europe at FORVIA since May 2023, overseeing quality activities for Valve and EHC product lines while managing customer relations in Germany. Prior to this role, Gaetan held the position of Program Quality Team Leader at Faurecia from January 2018 to April 2023, where responsibilities included quality control, team development, and budget management for similar product lines. Gaetan began the career as a Program Quality Leader at Peugeot from September 2014 to December 2017, focusing on quality indicators. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the École Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy (2011 - 2014) and a Brevet de Technicien Supérieur in Chaudronnerie from lycée Raoul Follereau (2009 - 2011).
